Ken Pedeleose worked at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), under the Department of Defense (DoD), overseeing military aircraft manufactured and modified by Lockheed Martin. This also included military aircraft logistical support.
The military aircraft included the C-5 Galaxy, the C-130 Hercules, and the F-35 Lightning II. There was also a project on the F-22 Raptor. These aircraft were highly political and protected by the Military Industrial Complex. The slide show shows these aircraft.
The retribution against Pedeleose came when Pedeleose successfully exposed criminal vulnerability, fraud, and cover-ups at DCMA and Lockheed Martin to Congress. Pedeleose mainly worked with Senator Charles Grassley, some with Senator John McCain, news media outlets, and Arthur Ernest Fitzgerald who was a well-known whistleblower at the time.
In summary, the Military Industrial Complex, with DCMA as the lead, repetitively used Deep State weaponization and lawfare against Pedeleose. That retribution formed the basis of the book by Pedeleose (The Cost of Weaponized Government and Lawfare).
Pedeleose began his career as an Industrial Engineer in Naval ship and submarine overhaul at the Charleston Naval Shipyard (CNSY), Charleston, SC. Focusing mainly on the repair and overhaul of U.S. Navy nuclear submarines. CNSY had no notable incidents unlike DCMA and Lockheed Martin.

In 2005 the Department of Defense (DoD) was at the pinnacle of weaponization and lawfare against whistleblowers. The evidence shows the ideas of the Nixon Administration to rid the U.S. government of whistleblowers and dissenters had been expanded and perfected under the Bush administration. The plan and tactics, however, had a serious flaw that would provide the Rosetta Stone to understand the true genesis of government weaponization, lawfare, and the Deep State.
